We will explore the use of bold colors to make eye catching paintings. We will also work in layers to achieve depth in color. Bring a photo reference or drawing for inspiration or work directly from your imagination. Students will bring in their own paints, brushes, palettes and canvas or paper.

In this class caregivers and their children will on painting an expressive animal portrait. Bring in a photo reference of a pet or wild animal to use as inspiration. All materials provided. Class will consist of demonstration and time to work on pieces. Class size limited to 8.

Stroll through the streets of Historic Mordecai/Oakwood and see beautiful works of art from more than 40 artists for sale on the front porches and in yards.

Anna and I will have a booth at Herbfest this year in Cary. It's our first time at the event and we are excited to see the butterfly release! We will have small paintings, T shirts, and collectable rhinos.
